Way Forward

I spent a day in the Central Libray reading the past finacial papers, and now put down a few words on my reading, using the libray computer.

Today, I revisitd archive of Shanghai Security Times and the 21TH Century Economic Report, and getting very sleepy now.

It was a pity that I didn't realize I could use this treasure land in the Central Libray.

My purpose is to rebuild my knowledge framework on the Chinese capital market and industry. That could be a very grand project. I wish there could a comprehensive book to tell all the facts I am desire to know. But there is none. So I can only gather this information piece by piece.

There many things I wish to know, eg, who are major automoblile makers, what are their market share? what's the story of steel price? the railway? the list could be endless.

So I am getting the knowledge systemactially now.

The another perspective is "event investment", I wish I could indentity the events that are likly to have a impact on the capital market, and I could digest the event thoroughly.

For example, today I grasped the event on China increasing military expentidure by 18%. and the Chinese government took a very high profile of launching the "J-10", the Model 10 Jet Fighter. That means a very positive on Chinse Aero-military related stocks.

Such a line of logic has never been in established in the Hong Kong newspaper on explaining the "Aero Stocks" such as 1185 or 203. They just siad, people are frying these stocks, that was why the price surged 100% in one month.

However, if put into this context, then the "Aero Stocks" unusal movement may not be unreasonable. There are some stories wroth taking a further note.
